DESCRIPTION:Join us for a spring fundraiser to help the Sacramento Poetry Center! \nSPC has been gifted an early 1900’s Chandler and Price Letterpress. \nWe are raising funds to transport the press to Sacramento\, and get it up and running! \nOnce installed at SPC’s 25th Street home\, we’ll produce broadsides\, posters\, \nand fine poetry-art pieces to share in the community! \n  \nSave the Press \nA poetry- and music-filled afternoon in the garden of Bob Stanley and Joyce Hsiao \n4010 Random Lane\, Sacramento \nSaturday\, May 16\, 2026 from 2:00 to 5:30 pm \n  \n\nA reading by Allegra Silberstein and Dr. Andy Jones\nPoetry Activities and Games\, Letterpress information\nBook sales in support of Save the Press\nMusic\, Food and Beverages\nRaffle\, Auction\, Conversation\, and General Festivities\n\n  \n$30 donation for individuals/$50 for couples \nwhich goes towards a one-year SPC membership
